It is completely up to you. You can connect it to your QuickBooks Online database or use sample TEN4 data.

At the end of the 14 day free trial, you can sign-up for the plan that meets your needs and your billing will start then. We accept all major credit cards. Subscriptions are billed on 1st of every month. If your trial version is connected to your QuickBooks Online account you can continue with no interruption. If you were using a sample database we’ll reset it for you so you can connect to your QuickBooks account to bring in your live data.

Using QuickBooks Payments you can include a ‘Pay Now’ button on TEN4 generated invoices so your customers can pay via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Apple Pay. Your QuickBooks will auto-update and your money will be auto-deposited into your bank account.

TEN4 integrates with QuickBooks Online US, Canada and UK versions. Your currency symbol as well as date and time format can all be set accordingly.

Absolutely. TEN4 does not store your credit card information.  Payments are processed through Stripe, a 3^rd-party, certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
