No. You do not need to provide a credit card.

At the end of the 30-day free trial, you can sign-up for the plan that meets your needs and your billing will start at that time. If you have already connected TEN4 to your QuickBooks then you can continue without interruption. If you used our sample data for the trial, then we’ll get you set-up so you can start fresh.

TEN4 offers both monthly and annual subscription options so businesses can choose the billing cycle that best fits their budget and long‑term plans.

There are no refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or mid‑year cancellations. We recommend choosing the annual plan if you’re confident TEN4 will be part of your long‑term operations.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and the new features are available immediately.
You may also downgrade, with changes taking effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual).

Absolutely. TEN4 does not store your credit card information.  Payments are processed through Stripe, a 3rd-party, certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
